Refund policy
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, email us at centii100.co@gmail.com. Returns must be requested before shipping the item back — packages sent to us without a return request will not be accepted. Once approved, we'll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom or personalized orders (such as special requests)
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have. Once that return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union: 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The same condition requirements apply: your item must be unworn or unused, with tags attached, in its original packaging, and accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund is approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow extra time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
