REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

Most CENT'ANNII pieces are pre-owned and one of a kind. Each listing shows the item's condition, photographs and any wear or flaws we identified, so please review them carefully before you buy. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
RETURN WINDOW
You may return an item within 30 days of delivery, provided it meets the return conditions below. This applies to pre-owned and new-with-tags items.
RETURN CONDITIONS
Items must be returned in the same condition in which you received them, with any original tags or accessories included where applicable.
Items must not have been worn beyond reasonable try-on, washed, altered, damaged, or exposed to smoke, perfume or other odors after delivery.
Because pre-owned items may show normal signs of previous wear, any condition question is assessed against the original listing description and photographs.
HOW TO START A RETURN
1. Email us at centii100.co@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason.
2. We will reply with return instructions and the return address. Please wait for approval before sending anything back; packages sent without an approved return request may not be accepted.
3. Ship the item back using a trackable method.
WHO PAYS RETURN SHIPPING
- Change of mind, wrong size or personal preference: the buyer pays return shipping.
- Item arrived damaged, defective, or materially different from its description: CENT'ANNII covers return shipping. Please contact us as soon as possible after delivery and include photos so we can resolve it quickly.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
Some items may be marked "Final Sale" on the product page. Final-sale items cannot be returned for change of mind, size or personal preference. A final-sale designation never removes your right to a return or refund if an item arrives damaged, defective, counterfeit, or materially not as described, or any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law. Gift cards are not refundable except where required by law.
EUROPEAN UNION AND UNITED KINGDOM
If your order was shipped to the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may cancel your order and return it within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, in addition to the 30-day window above. The same return conditions apply.
EXCHANGES
Because most items are one of a kind, we can't offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping charges are refunded when the return is due to our error, damage, or an item that is materially not as described. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund. If 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven't seen the refund, contact us at centii100.co@gmail.com.
MARKETPLACE PURCHASES
Items bought through eBay or another marketplace are returned under that marketplace's return process and buyer protections.
